Due to the high-quality furnishings and exclusive equipment in your apartment, we will charge a deposit of € 300.00 and a deposit of € 5.00 for each skidepot keycard to your credit card. After your apartment has been successfully inspected and checked, the amount will be transferred back to your credit card immediately.

After receipt of the booking confirmation we ask you within 14 days to
transfer the deposit due in the amount of 40% of the booked service to the following account

  • up to 1 month – no cancellation fee
  • 1 month to 1 week – 70 % of the price

In the event of cancellation on the day of arrival or no-show, we will charge 100% of the booking price.

A parking space is allocated to each Luxury Apartment. Please park carefully and just inside the markings. This makes it easier for you and the other guests in the building to get in and out and prevents parking damage. Please note that we accept no liability for any damage caused to your vehicle. Additional parking spaces are limited and can only be provided on prior request (€ 30.00/day).

Please understand that animals of any kind are not permitted.

We offer you a bread roll service. Please let us know the type and number of bread rolls you require by 11 a.m. the day before on the order form provided. Your order will be delivered fresh from the baker in your bread basket every morning.

Towels, bath towels, sauna towels and bathrobes are available depending on the number of people in the booked apartment.

The final cleaning is carried out by the landlord. The price for the final cleaning
please refer to the reservation confirmation.

Yes, we can offer the following services for a fee:

  • Change of towels per set (1 large, 1 medium, 2 small, 1 sauna) € 10
  • Change of bed linen per set (pillow, caprice pillow, blanket, sheet) € 15
  • Intermediate cleaning of the apartment (vacuuming, mopping, waste disposal, bathroom) € 90

You will receive room cards for your Luxury Apartment for your stay, which also give you access to the garage and the main entrance to our hotel. You will also receive cards for your ski depot at the cable cars in Fiss. We charge a deposit of € 5/card for the ski depot cards. The ski depot is included for the duration of your stay. The tenant is liable for the key cards or their misuse. Therefore, please do not hand over your key cards and ski depot cards.

In summer it is possible to clean the bikes next to the garage with a steam jet.
