In the event of cancellation

Should you be unable to visit us for your holiday as planned, the following cancellation terms apply:

• Cancellation up to one month prior to your scheduled arrival is free of charge.
• Cancellation within one month to one week prior to your scheduled arrival requires payment of 70 % of the total booking sum.
• Cancellation within one week prior to your arrival date entails a payment of 90 % of the total booking sum.
• Cancellations on the scheduled day of arrival or no-shows are charged 100 % of the booking sum.
• We reserve the right to cancel a booking within 24 hours without giving reasons.

Making a
down payment

In order to book your apartment of choice and secure your stay with us we require a down payment of 40 % of the booking sum within 14 days of your booking. The remaining 60 % is due one month prior to your scheduled arrival.
