Timeless design with a distinctive character

When we designed our property in Fiss, we wanted to create more than a place that simply looks luxurious. We wanted every apartment to feel welcoming from the moment you walk through the door. + read more Together with interior architect Reinhard Strasser, we created ten individual spaces where you can arrive, settle in and leave everyday life behind.

When choosing materials, we consciously focused on what the region has to offer: local wood, natural stone from the Tyrolean mountains, fine leather and carefully selected details. Nothing was chosen by chance. Every material was selected with care because it belongs here. And the views? Of course, we did not want to hide them, which is why every apartment features large glass fronts overlooking the mountains.

From the very beginning, it was important to us that our apartments should not feel like interchangeable hotel rooms.
