Domenig GmbH endeavours to make its website www.domenigs.com as accessible as possible in accordance with the Accessibility Act (BaFG), as amended, implementing Directive (EU) 2019/882 on the accessibility requirements for products and services.

We are guided by the requirements of the international Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, WCAG 2.2, which have been implemented as far as possible.

Non-accessible content

The following content is not fully accessible for the reasons stated below:

• Non-compliance with accessibility requirements:
  Our website contains PDF documents, such as brochures and price lists, that are currently not available in an accessible format.
  If you need assistance using these documents, please contact us at info@domenigs.com. We will make the content available to you in the most accessible format possible.
• Partial contrast issues:
  Some text and graphic elements currently do not have sufficient colour contrast, which may affect readability. We are working on optimising the presentation for all users. If you have difficulty reading individual pieces of content, please let us know. We will be happy to assist you and provide the information in a suitable format.
• Disproportionate burden:
  Due to technical and economic constraints, it is currently not possible for us to make all older content, such as PDF or Word documents, fully accessible. However, we are continuously working to ensure that new content is implemented in an accessible manner.
• Content outside the scope of the legislation:
  Older documents and content published before 28 June 2025 are not subject to the statutory requirements under the BaFG. Full retroactive accessibility of this content is currently not planned.
• Third-party content:
  Our website includes services and content from external providers, such as booking systems, maps and embedded videos. As these are neither created, financed nor controlled by us, we cannot guarantee their accessibility.

Preparation of this statement

This statement was prepared on the basis of an internal self-assessment with reference to the WCAG 2.2 criteria. The website is regularly evaluated and checked for accessibility whenever technical changes are made.
